I had a service call performed on July 2, 2024 as I wanted to have the clips replaced and refresh my flag for Independence Day. Not only did I receive same day service but I noticed that the employee, Dennis was beyond respectful of the flag. I was able to observe on my ring doorbell that Dennis not only took respectful care of the flags but he properly folded them (even my METS flag) and left them for disposal. I am always extra appreciative of people who go above and beyond when they don’t think anyone is watching. I will never go to another flag store and truly appreciate Chris and his staff! “I have a 25 ft, old and heavy steel flagpole on my property. I fly the flag 24/7, 365. Recently, a windstorm knocked my pulley and rope loose and knocked the Flag to the ground. Fortunately, an unidentified Patriot passerby found the flag on the ground and neatly and properly folded it and placed it on my wall.  I called around to find a company who would be able to repair my pulley and replace the worn damaged rope. Chris replied promptly to all of my emails, gave me a good price and scheduled me in quickly! When he arrived with his crew, we discussed the best approach to make the repairs. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, professional and best of all he loves what he does! The new repairs are amazing! Old Glory is back waving and the pole looks even better now! Chris and team very friendly, attentive and helpful from the first call. I wanted to have a flag pole installed in my front yard.  Before we spoke about the pole Chris was concerned about my yard and asked about sprinkler systems and any else that the pole would effect. It was comforting to know he was concerned about me first and not profit. He explained everything on the phone, met with me at the house, explained everything to my wife and I and we agreed to get a flag pole. Also, even after the pole went up the company has followed up numerous times to tell us about when to fly the flag at half staff and also how to protect the concrete base from getting water in it and cracking. It is very reassuring to know there is a company that doesn’t forget their customers after the sale and is also looking out for the customer.
